Designers

The Pin Show is Texas’ Premier Event for the Independent Fashion Industry. Take this opportunity to showcase your Independent line on a runway before your target market, including industry buyers, reps, retailers & clientele. The Pin Show will produce the perfect environment to introduce your line for 2012. Designers will be hand selected by our committee of producers and fashion industry professionals. Designers will create their lines for 2012 (SS or FW) and will later be asked to select Hair and Make Up Looks to best suit their lines.  The Pin Show is different in that after your garments/products are dropped of 7 days prior to the event, your job is done, all production is handled by The Pin Show Staff of professional stylists, hair and make up artists, models and production crew.  You will be able to step back, enjoy the show, talk to press, mingle with buyers and concentrate on promotions.  The Pin Show has drawn in 1500 people at past shows and intends to increase that number this year with our new venue and partnerships.  We will host a question and answer meeting for accepted designers some time in November.  Thank you and good luck!! Note: We are seeking independent designers in slow artisinal fashion, this indicates to us that you are either creating the product yourself or using local sew / design houses that pay an above average wage to produce your products.  We are not seeking lines made overseas at this time. Designers must be producing in their local economies, so if you are based in Chicago, you need to be producing in Chicago in order to qualify.  We are seeking both seasoned artisinal designers, as well as those who are just getting started.

The Pin Show is seeking Independent Fashion Stylists, whether you are represented by an agency, self represented, or emerging, show us what you've got and put yourself out there in front of over 1500-2000 independent fashion industry enthusiasts.

Become a part of the Hair and Makeup Team consisting of the best local and independent talent. Whether you are represented by an agency, have a salon team or work independently, if you have the talent we are looking for, want you to apply! Space is limited and all applications will be juried, so put your best face forward and give us what you got!

If you have a team of HMUA, each person must apply individually.  Please indicate that you are a part of the XYZ team on your application.

Runway Models The Pin Show is seeking professional and talented runway models for it's 2012 show at The Fairmont Dallas.
